What the criminal complaint filed by Rodrigo de Paul against Camila Homs says

"You still don't know me and neither do the people around me. I'm going to make sure that the whole world knows you for how shitty you are rather than for being world champion. You will not have peace," Homs wrote.

It was the straw that broke the camel's back. De Paul made a judicial presentation in which he denounces having been threatened by both camila homs and by the model's father, Horacio Homs, who is a controversial character due to his relations with the unionist Juan Pablo Pata Medina, former general secretary of the Uocra de La Plata and arrested in 2017 for illicit association, money laundering and extortion.

That I have come to denounce Mrs. CAMILA NICOLE HOMS, Argentine, with real domicile in Autónoma de Buenos Aires, for the facts that I will present below.

Together with the accused we were a couple and we are the parents of two children aged three and one year. The day I arrived in Argentina after the World Cup ended, the caravan began whose outcome I do not need to explain and in which I obviously participated. It was exhausting, notwithstanding which I decided to go see my children. Now it turns out that it was almost impossible to get to Puerto Madero, where the children live, and calculating the time it took me to get to their home, it turned out that I was going to spend no more than an hour with the children, which I was sure would it was going to be hard on them, especially xxxx (the name of one of their children).

I didn't want him to stay crying because of the lack of my visit. For this reason, I decided and agreed with their mother that I would see them the next day, which is what happened and I stayed with them all afternoon, while on the day of my arrival I went at night to meet my current partner, Martina Stoessel.

This evidently provoked the fury of the defendant, who made a series of threats via WhatsApp, which I provide in this act as a documentary annex.

In them, Homs says:
