Prosecutor Florencia Schiappa Pietra asked that the manager stop serving the home preventive detention that he is serving and that he be transferred to a common penitentiary unit; like most of those who find themselves in situations similar to Ortíz's. However, Judge Paula Borrello dismissed such request, but imposed a bond of 1,000,000 pesos and tightened some measures of conduct that must be carried out by the manager.
