According to the established norm, this decision applies to the public sector and the hours not worked must be compensated within a period of 10 immediate days, as the workplace sees fit.
"Private sector workplaces may benefit from the provisions of this Supreme Decree, prior agreement between the employer and its workers, who must establish the way in which the recovery of the hours left from work will be made effective," the text states. in relation to private companies.
